Viewings are always pre arranged via appointments and accompanied at all times. Inventories of all properties are advised to ensure an accurate Schedule of Condition of the property. This protects both the Landlord and the Tenants.

Security deposits of six weeks rent are taken at the start of the tenancy and Safelets hold this in a separate client account as 'Stakeholder' returnable at the end of a tenancy if all bills are paid and the condition of the property is to a good order.

We offer Assured Shorthold Tenancies for 6 months or if a Landlord wishes a longer period we can offer 12 months with a break clause.

Regular property inspections are carried out and a written report sent to the Landlord to help keep you informed of the condition of the property and to ensure the Tenant is looking after it.
