Viewings are always accompanied at pre-arranged times, all tenants are fully referenced through a reputable Reference Agency and must have been in full time employment for at least 6 months (if you do not match this criteria, please contact us for further information)
Reference procedures can be completed quickly if all relevant paperwork is completed correctly and the tenancy start date can follow on soon after.
Regular inspections of the property are carried out (with at least 24 hours written notice) to ensure there are no problems and the property is being looked after. This is also an ideal time to inform the agent if you have any problems so that Safelets can inform your Landlord as soon as possible.
